Good food and great ambiance

The restaurant offers a super cozy ambience and is perfect to spend a nice evening. I have never found such a diverse and creative selection of dishes in Wernigerode. The food was delicious and on the table really quickly. The staff was super nice and went out of their way. Overall, I can only recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to eat deliciously and sit comfortably.

The food is great, the staff very nice, the decor really cozy. Definitely worth a lot of visits!

There are four of us here on a short break and actually wanted to go to a different restaurant every evening. In short: we reserved a table again tomorrow because we were so excited today. Great and varied selection of drinks and delicious food.

A great place. Cozy atmosphere, very good food. You can taste the quality. Something for everyone, whether vegan, vegetarian or meat ... If we lived nearby, this could become a regular. Price-performance top! Staff friendly and tried to implement special requests. To recommend all round.

The food was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor due to a lack of staff. We had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the menu in the first place. All in all, it was only served 1.5 hours after arrival. Not like that!

Prepared creatively and very tasty. Plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegans. Very friendly service. You have to bring a little more time, which is culinary rewarded.

Super great atmosphere, very, very friendly staff and the food-a treat for the palate. After we were treated very unfriendly in some restaurants here in Wernigerode, Casa Vita gave us an unforgettable, great evening to end our vacation. Keep it up!!

Rarely seen such a loving and delicious menu. The food was really great! I can really only recommend it, especially if you want to try something new.

We spent a nice evening in the cozy restaurant. Most of the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the baguette that came with the ordered salads was only served on request and the steak ordered "medium" was very "rare". In addition, the undoubtedly friendly staff seemed a bit distracted. So we were asked several times by various waitresses about the whereabouts of the apparently insufficiently available menus, seven of which we would have liked to keep one for further orders. All in all "you can go there"!

We discovered this restaurant by chance and can absolutely recommend it. The service was very attentive, quick and friendly. The food offer is very varied and the drinks menu is great! We had a very nice evening, with good, fresh food and wine!

Very tasty food and also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. You also get a friendly service. You can see it from afar by the bronze snail near the entrance. ;)

Such an all-round great place! Friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and a very cozy and nice atmosphere! Play corner and changing table included! Definitely worth the visit. Reserving makes sense.

Food was very tasty, the portions are clear, if you get there early enough, you get your food relatively quickly. Otherwise: long waiting times. The prices are not in the lower segment.

Relaxed place with Mediterranean ambiance. Lots of vegetarian and vegan dishes, nice wine list, tasty gins and a special Vermouth menu ?

We pre-ordered and took it with us. Everything went great and the food was very good. Servings great. I could even split mine up for two days. If we go here again we would love to go back.

The place was good for the child of five. The baby managed. The parents were pleased with the food. The bill came but it was the wrong one. It was too low for what we ordered. I told them and the came back with the correct one for what we ordered. The cucumber and tomato was ordered to encourage the child of 5 to eat something a bit healthy, which always happens at home. However, a short vacation, an exemption was given. The slices of cucumber and cherry tomatoes were an accompaniment, nothing major. Your restaurant seems to think different. Due to the 5 year old desperate to leave, the bill was not properly reviewed, although a tip was given. Shame on you. Child friendly yes, rip of merchants........you decide........

We arrived there with no reservation, and the place was crowded, but the staff was really kind and found a table for us. The restaurant is bigger than it looks, and is very cozy. Great for romantic dinners but also fit for groups as it has big tables too. I was a bit disappointed with the pasta options (only two, basically) so for a Italian restaurant I was expecting more. At the end I decided for a pizza serano and it was very tasty! The price could be a bit lower though.

We were there on Wednesday at 18.30. A waitress brought us the card for over 45 minutes. Then we waited 20 minutes for the first beer. Food was ok but the service did not fit at all.

Awesome food and very friendly staff!

Like all these other reviews describe, this place has a great atmosphere, but we waited for more than an hour for our food and we could see the serving staff being stressed AF. So, food is good, but know that you have to wait quite a while before you get any food or drinks served. Also, we asked for a reciept, but that was not possible. Very disappointing!

This place is horribly understaffed. The service is terribly slow. It took more than an hour for our dishes to arrive. The food was barely passable and flavorless. Just avoid this place. The only slightly possitive thing was that they had vegetarian and gluten free options.

Stunning ambience inside. Lovely lighting and indoor trees, it feels like you stepped on to a little Italian street. Pizza was great too and the staff are friendly.

Went in just because it catered for food allergies. Ended up having a fabulous meal. Would highly recommend the food, wine, ambience and menu choices for anyone with food intolerance - or without!

This is till now the slowest place I ever been. That statue of snail ? in front of this establishment is there for a reason. Our appetizer arrived more than one hour after ordering it. One would think it was something complicated to make, but no. We received a basket of baked off bread (available at any grocery store) with 4 sorts of dip (once again grocery store??). The place was understaffed. Two waitresses did their best, but they where obviously more needed in the kitchen and a bar than serving the guests. This led to slow service. The main course was for 2 of 3 dishes that we ordered OK (not more then that)- this doe to the meat which was almost perfectly baked. The rest was mediocre. The third dish (carbonara) was tasteless and poor quality. Not something to expect from a Italian restaurant. The price was above the average in the region. On the plus side - the atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice, tastefully furnished and cozy. My advice: If in doubt - go across the street to “Bodego”. I’m sorry we didn’t do that on our last evening in Wernigerode.

Great atmosphere, vegan food and friendly staff. From the outside it's a bit hidden but definitely worth to go inside :P
